This program is designed to present specialist education and training in the core elements of human resources management (HRM) which will permit students to enter a career as possible future human resources professionals in the domestic and international business environments.

Entry

a bachelor's degree in any discipline from an Australian university or college; or
a minimum of 5 years' relevant management and/or HRM experience; or
a minimum of 10 years relevant business experience.

Program Structure (3 courses)

This program structure will permit suitable students to articulate smoothly into the Graduate Diploma of Human Resources Management should they seek to progress their studies further.

Part-time and distance students will study one or 2 courses each term while full-time students will study 3 courses each term.
