HRMT20018  Contemporary Industrial Relations

This course will discuss the employment relations systems of a number of European, Asia-Pacific, and North American countries. The structure, operation, and development of each system will be discussed and analysed. The course will assess each system within the global context and compare and contrast their respective physical features.
