Induction Program: There will be a compulsory 2-day induction program in Sydney around the end of February, where students will meet face-to-face with the teaching team as well as other classs members. This requirement is a once off for the complete program. The cost of attending the induction program is additional to the cost of tuition fees.

Program outline

This program aims to develop competent railway signal engineers and future leaders of the profession by providing students with a well-rounded knowledge base, generic engineering competencies development, and work integrated exercises to enhance candidate's ability to apply their knowledge and skills in locally relevant practices. The program incorporates project-based and work-integrated learning, and is supported by a network of senior members of the profession acting as work-based mentors. The program aims to become established as an alternative to the traditional IRSE examinations.
