WRIT11021 Stylistics and Creative Writing I
Course Description
One of the most important sets of skills for students enrolled in the BA is the capacity to write well and to argue convincingly through soundly prepared research and scholarly material. This course is designed to develop students' skills in academic writing within an arts context. Students will undertake training in the gathering, organisation and compilatiion of material for the preparation and writing of academic essays and associated formats. Throughout the course, students will be set various writing and research tasks, and will be trained in the effective use of library and other resources.
