Course Description

Most tourism activities take place at destinations, and the success of most tourism businesses is reliant on the competitiveness of the host destination. This course examines the specialised nature of destination marketing to enhance students' understanding of the opportunities, challenges and constraints facing destination marketing organisations in an increasingly competitive tourism market place.
