PHYS13164 Applied Physical Techniques
Course Description
This course will allow the student to present their understanding of the underlying theory and practical application of one or more techniques relevant to their area of project study or other professional expertise. The detailed format and nature of the presentation to be determined with a supervisor appointed for each student. Content may include: a self-study approach to a topic not offered in the current semester (eg. Quantum Physics II, Geophysical Instrumentation); a self-study approach to a topic of personal or professional interest to the student; a short experimental project.
