Course Description
This course will provide the learner with opportunities to problem solve current OHS management challenges. The development and interpretation of relevant statutes, and the interpretation and application of the tort of negligence are major themes. Learners will explore their role in industrial relations, collecting and presenting evidence and their responsibilities as a professional witness. Generic management principles discussed include communication, leadership, learning organisations, strategic and change management.
