This course covers strategy as a capstone course that integrates what you have learnt in other courses with the principles and practice of modern strategic management and corporate policy. The major tools and techniques used by professional strategic planners and senior executives are covered. The focus in this course is on developing the best strategy as well as the best approach to strategic thinking in different environments. The competitive advantages that can often come from taking the strategic initiative are also covered.
