HMSC11034 Foundations of Health and Human Performance
Course Description
This course provides a multidisciplinary overview of physical activity in both work and non-work settings. The course emphasises the interaction of the humanities, exercise physiology, biomechanics, and psychosocial aspects to physical activity. This course provides a foundation for study within occupational health and safety, human movement science and other related programs. It is a requirement of this course to have access to the CQU website and internet.
