FINC19011 Business Finance

Course Description

A study of the investment, financing and dividend decisions of firms. Simple normative models are advanced whereby optimum decisions can be made in each of the three areas under conditions of certainty. The theoretical operation of debt and equity markets is also studied. Spreadsheet modelling will be used to solve finance problems pertaining to the investment and financing decisions.
