Maintenance systems: system elements; methodology; application to audits; purpose and objectives of audits; types of audits; case studies. Module 2: Audit procedure. Strategies for gathering information; questionnaires and surveys; reviewing business objectives and strategies; reviewing maintenance workload, resources and management; reviewing maintenance management systems; analysis of audit information; audit reporting.
