ENEC12006 Water Resources Project

Course Description

This course provides students with comprehensive coverage of hydrology and environmental engineering with practical involvement into case study in water resources planning. Hydrology will include: precipitation analyses, groundwater flow theory and applications, surface flow measurements and analyses, probability in hydrology, principles of urban drainage. Environmental engineering will include: environmental impact and economic assessment in relation to water resources, and environmental ethics. Projects will develop skills and practical understanding of hydrological and environmental fundamental knowledge.
