Course Description
Public Relations Management examines the growth and changing role of public relations as a management tool and introduces major PR techniques including media, corporate, community, employee and industrial relations, marketing communication and public affairs. A major focus of the course is the creative preparation of a professional public relations plan of action. Australian and overseas public relations cases are analysed by students in developing their understanding of the cultural, social and technological differences in societies on the Asia-Pacific Rim. NOTE: This same course was previously named 'Public Relations A'.
