Course Description
This course extends the material in Construction I and Construction II to develop a thorough understanding of design considerations for residential, commercial and industrial buildings with load-bearing walls up to three storeys in height. It covers the general principles and details of the buildings, construction and the rules and regulations that govern design, construction and use.
