Program Overview

This program aims to produce graduates capable of designing and drafting residential and commercial buildings. The program has been produced in close association with the Building Designers’ Association of Queensland.

Prospective students are encouraged to talk to the Program Coordinator about exemptions from the program based on previous study or professional experience. The Faculty has established sets of exemptions for holders of TAFE qualifications.

A normal part-time load is 12 units of credit per term. Students should note prerequisite requirements and course availability (in this Handbook) when constructing your program in liaison with program advisors.
