BLAR14006  Construction III

This course extends the material in BLAR12002   Construction I and BLAR11003   Construction II to develop a thorough understanding of design considerations for residential, commercial and industrial buildings with loadbearing walls up to three stories in height. It covers the general principles and details of the buildings, construction and the rules and regulations which govern design, construction and use.
