Handbook Terminology:

Student misconduct

Misconduct is defined in section 4 of Central Queensland University's Statute No 4 (Student Discipline) 1999 and includes a variety of intentional behaviours such as endangering health and safety, assaulting another or disrupting the peace and good order of the University. To be classified as student misconduct, this behaviour must happen on University property, or while using University services, property or facilities, or occur while performing tasks as part of an academic program.
