Course details
This course provides participants with conceptual and practical skills in using learning needs analysis to determine learning requirements, identify an appropriate simulation strategy to meet that need and use suitable instructional design methods to ensure the effectiveness of the strategy. Evaluation methods will be used to determine the success of the designed learning events and for continuous improvement.
