Course details

This course is the third in a series of five Learning Management based courses. It provides 'student learning managers' with foundation knowledge and 'tools' for designing and implementing learning strategies so as to achieve student learning outcomes in schools and other learning sites. This course specifically explores the relationship between understandings of learners, curriculum decision-making and principles of practice within a variety of learning environments. The course also expands the development of professional knowledge developed in previous learning management courses so as to locate learning-based research, the learning design process, evidence based research and emerging areas of research in the day to day and strategic aspects of the work of learning manager.
