EDED12445 Capacity Building in Class Room Pedagogy

Course details

Increasing social complexity demands new approaches from educators. Schools are expected to be responsive to community and student requirements and interests, and to ensure that learners of diverse ability have the opportunity to engage in intellectually challenging learning experiences, and are enabled in the development of their individual talents and capacities. This course will focus on the capacity building of both Learning Managers and their students through an examination of various processes for the identification and profiling of students¿ learning needs and an analysis of strategies and systems which support the realisation of individual potential.
