Course details

Smart people need smart organizations. This course looks at the basics of knowledge and knowledge management, tacit versus explicit knowledge, and the knowledge management life cycle. Students will apply technologies that assist in knowledge creation and in knowledge codification. Knowledge sharing, ethics and managing knowledge workers are also covered.
