FINC19014 Property Investment and Finance

Course details

A study of Property Investment and Finance will examine property investments from the financial perspective. The course involves the analysis of property investments over time taking financial and business risk factors into account. Real estate as an investment medium differs from investment in financial instruments as it is less liquid, is linked with a real asset, and usually held over a longer time horizon. Property investment exhibits unique characteristics requiring study from a specialised financial perspective.
