FINC19012 Investment Analysis and Risk Management

Course details

This course provides an introduction to a broad range of theories used in financial decision-making, an evaluation of the theoretical work carried out, and the application of prescriptive rules to the solution of corporate financial problems. The areas covered by this course include a study of market efficiency, portfolio theory, asset pricing models, security analysis, pricing and risk management of derivatives, real estate valuation, and fixed income securities.
