Course details

This course is the second in a series of five Learning Management based courses. It provides 'student learning managers' with foundation knowledge and 'tools' for designing and implementing learning strategies so as to achieve student learning outcomes in schools and other learning sites. The course specifically explores Dimensions of Learning research with a particular focus on the characteristics of the learner that influence and affect learning and how 'attitudes and perceptions' of stockholders can influence the learning environment. The course also explores the development of critical, creative and self regulated thinking in learners as essential prerequisites to formal learning.
