HMSC12027 Industry Placement I

Course details

BHMSc (Industry Co-op) students take this course as a mandatory component of their program. The 16-20 week industry placement provides the student with paid, supervised experience of work in the health, fitness, sport or recreation industries. In addition to the work undertaken on the placement, the student is required to work with the employer in developing objectives for the placement, reporting on the experiences, and to reflect upon those experiences in a final report that examines the extent to which course goals and placement objectives have been realised.
