THTR11063 Drama Performance I

Course details

This course will initially synthesise the students' previous experience in acting and develop an understanding of the elements of drama through movement and role play within the Australian Drama Context. Freedom of dramatic expression, workable group dynamics and individual self discipline will be established. Students will continue on to an exploration of the human context, role and relationships, action and reaction, focus, tension and dramatic structure, through improvisation, play building and script work within an Australian Drama context.
