Course details
This is a compulsory component of pre-service learning manager preparation. It involves an extended, continuous learning experience undertaken at a learning site (school, TAFE, educational setting). The emphasis of this experience is professional growth and commitment to teaching and learning. Professional growth is enhanced through pre- service learning managers working in collegial environments with the support and mentoring of learning managers. Throughout the experience the pre-service learning manager will have the opportunity to progressively take on increased responsibility for the management of the learning environment.
