EDED21001 Creative Arts Administration

Course details

This course focuses on innovation as the drivers of the Creative Arts. The course analyses theories and principles of innovation and creativity in Arts Administration, evaluates opportunity and value and so critically assesses knowledge society and knowledge work in the Creative Arts. Commercial opportunities in the humanities and creative arts are evaluated and the importance of networks therein is discussed. The course aims to provide a solid reference base for the Arts Administrator and to develop critical and creative thinking appropriate for the attainment of the Masters degree.
