MATH12170 Computational Mathematics

Course details

The aim of the course is to introduce students to some of the techniques available for the numerical solution of problems arising in science and engineering. Topics include techniques applicable to the solution of nonlinear and linear equations, the evaluation of eigenvalues, interpolation, quadrature and differential equations.
