Course details

Basic Mechanics and Structures is a project based learning course designed to develop fundamental knowledge, technical competencies, skills and attitudes through the attainment of learning outcomes within the context of a series of projects and supporting workshops. The course introduces principles, theories and problems associated with basic engineering mechanics and basic structures in the context of general engineering applications. This engineering knowledge will be utilized and further developed in engineering design courses.
