CULT11011 Australian Film and Culture

Course details

Through a range of studies of film, and other cultural media, students will explore a diversity of cultural forms that contribute to the ways in which the Australian way of life and identity are imagined and coded within various cultural and historical contexts. The course will meet its objectives through a close analysis of a number of films and other cultural forms, including various critical perspectives and different contexts of reception.
