Course details
The course provides students with a sound knowledge of the concepts and techniques used with database technology from a managerial perspective. The course links the technical foundations underlying database methodology to the management of the database environment. Students will gain an appreciation of the analysis, design, implementation, use and maintenance of organisational databases, and thus be able to communicate effectively with other database professionals and stakeholders in the organisation.
