ENEC14011 Transportation Engineering

Course details

This course covers issues in transportation planning and econmomics, safety issues in transportation systems and covers some of the detailed technology in port, railway and airport engineering. Specific issues include the social and economic framework of transport planning, traffic surveys, future traffic forecasts, basic transport project planning, road accident analysis, and the basic concepts in port, harbour, rail and airport engineering.
