Course details

Effective written and verbal communication skills are vital for personal and career success in today's business environment. Adopting a three-step model for written and verbal communications, competence will be developed in written forms of communication, verbal communication, proposals and reporting. Analysis of business data will also be introduced in an elementary manner to provide basic competency in business data analysis and presentation. Impact of technology on the communication process will be integrated into the skills and competency development of this course.
