Course details

A study of company and securities industry law. Topics include partnership, trusts and other organisational structures and companies, with special reference to formation of companies, effects of incorporation, the corporate constitution, registration requirements and procedures, prospectus and share issues, administration of companies, raising finance, directors, shareholders, meetings, transfer of shares, reorganisation and winding up of companies, takeovers, special types of companies, and regulation of securities industry law.
