Program Overview

Many performers from regional Queensland have achieved international and national acclaim in various areas of the creative and performing arts including dance, drama, music, television and theatre production. For many of these people the opportunity to undertake specific tertiary education has necessitated a departure from the region. This program aims to provide such aspirants with the opportunity to gain educational qualifications and experiences to pursue a career in the arts. The program will offer a broad, integrated, generic base with opportunities to specialise at advanced levels.

Program Structure

Please note that full-time students usually enrol in four courses per term and part-time students usually enrol in two courses per term per term.

Note: Students must check to see when and where a course is offered before enrolling. See the course availability section in this handbook for details.
