The primary objective of this program is to provide industry professionals with an in-depth understanding of electronic commerce issues, management and information technology skills, and with the necessary tools to integrate electronic commerce considerations into all aspects of their professional roles.

Entry Requirement

  • a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification or
  • a CQU Graduate Certificate in Electronic Commerce

In conjunction with the above entry requirements, candidates must complete CQU admission form(s) for admission assessment.

Program Structure

To obtain a Graduate Diploma of Electronic Commerce, a student must complete a total of 6 courses as follows:

  • one core course in Electronic Commerce:
  • ECOM20004   Electronic Commerce: a Global Perspective
  • at least two courses selected from the following:
  • ECOM20001   Information Systems Management: Integrating E-Commerce
  • COMM20036   Informatics, Culture and Communication
  • MRKT20027   E-Marketing
  • LAWS20042   Law of Electronic Commerce & the Internet

additional elective courses selected from the list below to complete a total of 6 courses.
