Career Opportunities

Successful graduates of the program will build their understanding of contemporary educational issues and practices in tertiary education and how these may be applied within their particular contexts. The program is work-based and promotes a balance between theory and practice, which enables participants to enhance their learning and teaching practices and contribute to their ongoing professional development as tertiary educators. Aspects such as learning designs and assessment will be explored whilst integrating and modelling the appropriate use of technology to promote active learning and engagement. Drawing on educational and technological innovations in their disciplines, participants will further develop capacity for scholarship and research through project engagement.
