About Speech Pathology
Speech pathologists work with people of all ages who have communication or swallowing difficulties in a career which is rewarding and varied. As part of a multidisciplinary team, speech pathologists contribute their specialist skills and knowledge, helping for example, babies born with cleft lips and children who stutter, through to adults who have communication or swallowing difficulties after a head injury. Speech pathologists work collaboratively with clients and their families to improve quality and enjoyment of life.
