MEDI13004 Medical Imaging Clinical Course 2

Course details

This clinical course will further develop students' skills and knowledge in radiographic imaging and psycho social skills, with emphasis on advanced examinations of the skeletal system, including skull and face, abdominal studies, contrast media studies and introduction to CT imaging. Students will apply critical analysis skills to their image production and practice radiography in a safe manner with due regard to radiation and patient safety. Critical appraisal of performance and critique of radiographs produced will assist students to develop their skills of analysis.
