NURS13120 Nursing Leadership and Management

Course details

This course will enable students to examine organisational structures and cultures that influence nursing practice. Theories of leadership will be explored along with motivational, conflict and change management strategies. Issues of quality and risk management in health care will be examined through a critical lens. Ultimately, this course will enable students to reflect on strategies that enhance their resilience in the practice environment.
