Course details
This is the capstone course in property valuation. It incorporates the valuation of investment, development and specialist properties. Emerging property types and current issues in property economics impacting on value are introduced. Advanced valuation approaches for income producing property are developed, including advanced modelling and risk analysis associated with the expected returns. Valuation theory is covered including social and environmental aspects of property utilisation.
