MEDI11003 Relational Anatomy

Course details

The course examines the human body from a three-dimensional perspective. Each major anatomical structure is studied in terms of its spatial characteristics, both internally and relative to its surroundings, body planes and external landmarks. Relational anatomy knowledge is then applied to identification of those structures on medical images of a variety of modalities.
