ALLH12007 Research Methods for Therapy

Course details

This course will introduce the students to research in Allied Health. They will become familiar with aspects surrounding scientific methods in health research, research planning, research design, data collection for both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Further they will learn how to undertake basic statistical analysis (descriptive & inferential statistics). Students will also be taught about the various research dissemination activities undertaken. This course is closely linked to the course Evidence-Based Practice for Allied Health.
