PROP20003 Specialist Real Property Valuation

Course details

This is the capstone course in property valuation. It covers the principles and practice of valuations for specialist and complex properties including investment, development and customary property. Emphasis is placed on the detailed investment approach using advanced modelling and risk assessment. Valuation theory is extended including investigation of emerging issues in property economics including social and environmental elements. Students will develop the ability to perform detailed valuation and strategic managment analysis and produce professional quality written reports on complex valuation problems and property economic policy matters.
