PSIO13002 Professional Physiotherapy Practice 1

Course details

The course aims to develop the ability to integrate the knowledge, physical skills, principles of evidence based practice and clinical reasoning, ethical and professional behaviours that are necessary to function competently as a physiotherapist. This will include a variety of settings and patient groups, with an emphasis on effective and patient-centred management plans, within the framework of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF). The students will undertake a SWOT analysis prior to the start of the clinical placement, and complete a reflective diary.
