HLTH13034 Health Promotion for Clinicians

Course details

Health promotion is frequently included in the role of a number of health clinicians. This course outlines the different ways of approaching health promotion within health-related disciplines with a particular emphasis for clinicians working in a traditional clinical setting. The course explores the concept of Primary Health Care and this forms the basis of understanding health promotion interventions, especially health education strategies, across the lifespan and within various communities.
