PODI14008 Podiatry Clinical Practice 4

Course details

Under collaborative supervision, students will refine their skills and abilities in patient assessment, diagnostic decision-making and treatment, management and prevention of complex clinical cases including high risk foot and wound care, child development therapy, sports medicine, Indigenous health, rural and remote and minor surgical procedures. Students will be required to complete a range of clinical placements and clinical experiences to expose them to a variety of patients of differing ages, cultural/ethnic, socio-economic, health profiles, and levels of physical and mental health impairment.
