BIOH11005 Introductory Anatomy and Physiology

Course details

This foundation course for health professionals provides an introduction to the structure and function of the human body. The course provides the underpinning knowledge for subsequent courses in anatomy and physiology and other health related courses. The course contributes to and provides a knowledge base to inform clinical practice in nursing and health care. Students must attend a compulsory residential school or on-campus laboratory classes in order to achieve the learning outcomes.
