PPMP20005 Project Management for Operators of Mines, Plants and Owners of Large Assets

Course details

This course provides an introduction and overview of the functions of project management for mining, plant and large asset operators and owners. Students working for firms in these industries will investigate and describe key project process related to the project processes required to initiate projects and programs for operational and non-operational work, and how to justify, plan and monitor projects for internal project teams or project-based organisations to perform. Examples are taken from mining, process, and asset rich industries with large static and linear assets.
